Children's feet develop rapidly, and early intervention can prevent long-term issues. Conditions left untreated during childhood can affect posture, gait and performance well into adulthood.
Our expert podiatrists assess and treat conditions such as flat feet, growing pains, sports injuries and movement imbalances — providing clear advice, targeted exercises and custom insoles where needed.

What is a running analysis and how does it help?
Our running analysis identifies biomechanical inefficiencies, helping to prevent injuries and improve running performance for young athletes. It looks at foot strike pattern, cadence, lower limb alignment and movement mechanics.
Do children need insoles?
Not every child requires insoles. However, if your child experiences discomfort, has flat feet, or has been diagnosed with specific foot issues, insoles can offer valuable support and improve overall foot function. We'll advise honestly at the assessment.
How often should my child's feet be checked?
We recommend a podiatry check-up every 6 months to monitor growth and foot development — especially for children who are active in sport or experiencing any discomfort.
At what age should I bring my child to see a podiatrist?
There's no minimum age. If you have concerns about your child's feet, walking pattern or posture at any age, it's worth booking an assessment. Early intervention is often more effective than waiting.
Can I use private health insurance?
Yes — we accept most private health insurance plans (except AXA). We work with Bupa, Aviva, WPA and others. Please check your policy and obtain an authorisation code before booking if required.
Do I need a referral?
No — you can book directly online or by phone. Some insurers require a GP referral first, so check with your insurer before booking if you're claiming.
