Check your policy for any excess — payable directly to the clinic
Aviva may require a GP or Consultant referral before approving podiatry treatment
Aviva does not usually cover dressings, medications, orthotics, or insoles — these will be discussed and charged separately if required
Contact Aviva directly for any questions about your policy — The Functional Podiatrist cannot discuss policy details with the insurer on your behalf
