Important — Pay Upfront

All Vitality patients must pay the clinic upfront and claim reimbursement directly from Vitality using the invoice we provide. The Functional Podiatrist cannot claim on your behalf.

Before your appointment

What You Need to Do

Obtain a pre-authorisation number from Vitality before attending — call 0345 602 3523 or log into your Vitality member account. Failure to do so may result in Vitality refusing reimbursement
Check your policy for any excess and confirm your level of cover
Vitality may require a GP or Consultant referral before approving podiatry treatment
Advanced Gait Analysis / Biomechanical Assessments are generally not covered by Vitality benefits — self-funded but may be claimable
The following are not covered by Vitality and are self-funded: dressings, medications, splints, orthoses (medical insoles)
